Six small peaches2 tbsp honey 2 tsp almond extract1/2 cup slow cooking oats1 cup whole grain flour1 tbsp honey1 tbsp vegetable oil
Makes 8 servings.
Peel, cut peaches into 1 inch slices or smaller. Add almond extract and 1 tbs of honey. Cook over medium heat until peaches are soft.
Mix flour, oats, 1 tbs honey, oil. Cut butter into small chunks and add to mixture.
Spread peach mixture in 9x9 pan. Add oat mixture to cover peaches and cook for 25 minutes at 350*
