ShrimpFresh Basil, mincedGarlic, mincedFresh lemon juiceDijon mustardolive oil buttersaltpepper
Stir all ingredients except the shrimp in a bag or container and then add shrimp. Marinate for 30 min to 1 hour in refrigerator. Take shrimp out of marinade, skewer shrimp and discard marinade. Grill shrimp until hot and opaque. Serve on top of mixed greens salad or brown rice. This makes 4-5 skewers for 2 to 2.5 a person skewers a person.
