Gorgonzola Cheese & Pear Tart

Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust2 tbsp light butter2 pears, cored, peeled and sliced lengthwise8oz cream cheese at room temperature1/4 cup heavy cream4 oz treaure cave crumbled gorgonzola cheese, divided
Directions
In a medium skillet, melt 2 tbp butter over medium heat. Add the pears and cook, turning occasionally, until golden and barely tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the cream. Stir in half of the gorgonzola cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture into the crust and pread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola on top. Fan the pear slices over the cheese into a circular pattern.

Serve at room temperature.
