Ingredients
Martha White Buttermilk Cornbread mix.75 cup lowfat Buttermilk1 tbsp reduced fat sour cream3 tbsp chopped scallions1 cup yellow cornmealSalt/Pepper/Cayenne to taste
Directions
Chop scallions and mix all ingredients into one bowl. Mixture should be thick. Spoon into a cast iron pan coated with non stick spray (you can use oil, but it was not calculated in the calories of this recipe)
