Glazed Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 pineapple, chopped2 pints strawberries, sliced1 Mango, peeled and choppedGlaze:Juice of 2 limesJuice of 2 lemons1 tbsp Cornstarch1 cups Water1 tsp Cinnamon.33 cup Sugar
Directions
Juice the lemons and limes, put juice in a pan over medium heat with all glaze ingredients except the cornstarch. Bring the mixture to a boil, then mix the cornstarch with a small amount of liquid and add to the juice mixture. Continue to boil for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat to cool completely.

Chop fruit, set in a large bowl. You can coat and eat the salad immediately, or refrigerate and pour the glaze on once it's cold.
