Ingredients
!/2 medium head of cabbage, shredded1 medium onion, chopped2 medium apples, peeled and quartered1/4 cup raisins1/8 cup lemon juice1/8 cup apple juice unsweetened1/2 TBS caraway seeds1 pinch allspicesalt if desired, not included in nutritional breakdown
Directions
1. combine all the ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on High, 3-5 hours depending on how crunchy you want the cabbage.
