Ingredients
*Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 14 oz or 1 box*Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 12 oz or one large can*Always Save Cream of Chicken Soup, 1.25 cup or one can at 120 calories per serving.*Always Save Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2.5 serving or one can at 70 calories per serving.*broccoli - broccoli florets, frozen, ~6 cupReduced fat cheese to taste (not included in calorie count) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil pasta and broccoli according to package separately. Add together and add in remaining ingrediants. Heat over stovetop and add reduced fat cheese, if so desired. (Not included in calorie count)
