Ingredients
jenny o lean ground turkey, 16 oz 96 % ground beef 4 oz, 3 serving sweet raw onion, 0.5 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp Egg white, 4 servingsbreadcrumbs 1/4 CItalian seasoning 4 T
Directions
Mix turkey and beef together in a mixing bowl with onions, eggs, breadcrumbs and seasonings. I used a small ice cream scoop to shape them and drop them in a large fry pan sprayed with pan spray. They aren't totally round, but they're still good and pretty much held their shape.
1 ball is 1 serving, because I couldn't figure out how many to estimate. We ended up giving about 4 per plate. Good!
