Mashed Caluliflower and Potatoes

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 2 medium Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 ozMilk, nonfat, a smidge (no more then 1/8 cup)Great Value No Fat Sour Cream, 1/4 cupGreen Beans French style, 1 canCauliflower, raw, 1/2 head, medium
Directions
Peel potatoes. Prepare cauliflower (use half head). Boil potatoes and Cauliflower in pot of water for about 20 minutes or until tender. Mash in bowl then add cream cheese, milk, and sour cream and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
