Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
2 8oz packages of fat free cream cheese1/2 cup stevia or truvia2 whole eggs1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
soften cream cheese in microwave for about 40 seconds. Add other ingredients beat with mixer until smooth pour into 12 muffin lined muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes at 350, then turn off oven let sit with the oven door open for one hour, then refridgerate. If you are needing something for low carb, low sugar this is awesome.
