Ingredients
1 can Reese Artichoke Hearts2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes1 med Cucumber - quartered & cut into 1-1/4 inch slices.25 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese1.5 tsp Kosher Salt2 6oz packages of Grilled ready to use Chicken pieces 3 Tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing 2 4oz packages Spring Mix Salad Greens4 fresh Basil leaves cut up.25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes1 Tbsp Balsamic Basil Dipping Oil
Directions
In large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumber, sun dried tomatoes, basil, feta, and salt. Add chicken pieces, Dipping oil, and Ranch dressing. Stir to combine mixture. Divide Greens onto four plates and spoon salad mixture on top of greens.
