Coleslaw dressing - Healthy with Avocado & non fat Yogurt - only healthy fats

Ingredients
1 cup avocado, mashed1 cup plain non fat yogurtSplash white wine, not real sweet or real dry - about 1 fl ozsalt and pepper to taste (fresh ground pepper best).
Directions
Makes enough to cover very well 4 cups of shredded cabbage, making six 3/4 cup servings of coleslaw.

Take avocado and non fat plain yogurt, mixing together well. Add in a good splash white wine (about 1 oz) and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
Taste this, if you want it a little sweeter, add a little liquid sweetener (agave, honey).

Then mix with your shredded cabbage - using more or less dressing to your taste.
