Spicy Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
Can also add chopped green onions for more colour.
Directions
Add oil, onions, garlic, and spices to high-sided frying pan or wok on High heat until onions brown a little and absorb the spices.

Add remaining ingredients (minus Shrimp). Reduce for ~10 min or until tomatoes begin to break up.

Add shrimp. Cook until pink (or 3-5 min for pre-cooked shrimp).

Serve in bowl with crusty bread for dipping.


Makes 3-4 meal sized servings or 5-6 appetizers.
