Ingredients
Baby spinach (fresh 2 cups approx.)Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)Grilled chicken (breast, cut into small chunks)Mushrooms (sliced)Smoked applewood bacon (crumbled)
Directions
Get pre-grilled chicken breast (or grill your own)
Make the bacon
Slice up the mushrooms
Mix it all in a big bowl, add dressing of choice.
