Ingredients
Black Beans, Fiber One,(Ground) Nevella or Splenda, (4-5 cups), Vanilla, Spices ~ cinnamon, nutmeg.
Directions
Boil Beans 60-80 minutes. Drain. (Use liquid as a soup.)Blend all together. Sprinkle Nevella or Splenda on top and bake for 25 minutes. May separate into 12 large muffins or flatten and make 12 large cookies.
