Edamame Soy Protein Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg (454 g) frozen edamame beans1/2 pkg of soft tofu3 cloves garlic3 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp olive oil1/4 c. feta cheese crumbledsalt (to taste)1/2 cup water
Directions
bring 4 cups water to boil. Add frozen edamame beans. Boil for 5 minutes then rince under cool water. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, add water to help with consistency. Allow to sit for at least an hour for the flavours to meld.
