Ingredients
2 egg whites (slightly beaten)16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim milk16 oz cottage cheese, 1 % milkfat5 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese(save 1 Tbsp. for topping)1 clove garlic (minced)6 cups canned tomato sauce 3 cups fresh spinach (well packed)9 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles (cooked)
Directions
Bake Covered for 50 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
