Brocolli Salad

Broccoli, fresh, 4 cups, choppedHeinz Salad Cream, 4 tbspGranulated Sugar, 1/4 cup White Vinegar, 1 tbspsunflower kernels, 2 tbspRaisins, 1/4 cupBacon, 3 medium slices, cooked crisp, drained and crumbledRed Onion, 2 tbsp chopped finely
Fry bacon until very crisp, drain well on paper towel and break into large crumbles.
Cut brocolli into bite-size florets and add chopped onion, raisins and sunflower kernels.
Mix together Salad Cream, sugar and vinegar until well combined and toss gently with brocolli mixture.
Allow to sit several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles just before serving.
Makes 6 scant 3/4 cup servings
