unico chick peas, 2 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Paprika, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp *Tahini, 1 tbsp
Directions
open one can of chick peas (540 ml.)
rinse chick peas
peel skin
put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
30 servings = 30 tbs.

    the real arabic recipe does not include cummin and is made with natural garlic it tastes better and 3tb of fresh lemon juice. - 2/16/08
