Italian Turkey Meatballs

1 slice white bread, crust cut off2 tbsp chicken broth (or skim milk)1 lb lean ground turkey1/3 cup minced onion3 tbsp finely minced green pepper2 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp parmesan cheese3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tbsp flour1 tbsp olive oil
In medium sized bowl soak bread in broth until softened. Mash into a paste. Add turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, parmesan, salt & pepper. Mix with your hands until blended well. Form into 8 meatballs.
On a plate, season flour with additional salt and pepper. roll turkey meatballs in seasoned flour to coat lightly.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add meatballs and cook over medium heat turning until brown and crusty outside and cooked through center about 15-20 minutes.
Makes 8 meatballs.
