2 canS Worthington Vegetarian Burger8 eggs2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal2 pkg Lipton onion soup Recipe mixThis nutritional information DOES NOT include oil. If you choose to fry your patties in oil, add that into your nutritional info.
Mix ingredients together while you heat a large non-stick frying pan. Use a 1/3 cup measure to make 4 patties per pan-full, frying on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Makes 19-20 1/3 cup patties, with 115 calories,3.6 grams of fat & 9 grams of protein in each low-fat patty. If you fry them in oil, you add an additional 3 grams of fat & 25 calories per patty.
