Black Bean Chili (vegetarian)

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes1 onion, choppedcilantro and cumin (optional, for taste)
Directions
Saute the chopped onion in water or broth. Once the onion is tender and translucent, add the tomatoes (including juice), and black beans (rinsed). Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cilantro and cumin at the end if desired. Makes 4 servings.
