Ingredients
mung beans 1 cupampalaya 250 gramsgarlic 3 clovesonion 1 largetomato 1 largechicken thigh 500 gramscanola oil 2 tbspsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
boil munggo beans until cooked. saute garlic, onion and tomato. add chicken and simmer until cooked. add boiled mung beans and let simmer 5 minutes. add ampalaya and simmer until cooked. serves 3
