Ingredients
2 egg whites1 slice tomato1 wedge light laughing cow swiss cheese1 english muffin
Directions
Toast the muffin, cook the egg whites to taste. Spread some of the Swiss cheese on the muffin, if desired. Lay the rest out on the egg white and allow it to melt a little. Fold the egg white around the cheese into a size appropriate for the muffin. Place egg and cheese on the muffin, top with a slice of tomato.
