Turkey Chili

1 pound extra-lean ground turkey breast2 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced3 cans (about 14 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 cup water1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon ground cinnamon1 tablespoon ground cumin1/2 tablespoon paprika1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 can (16 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until turkey begins to brown, stirring frequently and breaking up turkey with back of spoon.
2. Stir in tomatoes; cook 5 minutes. Add water, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper and salt; mix well. Stir in beans.
3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer about 30 minutes or until chili thickens.
