2 cans Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans1 can No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes1 can No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning1/4 tsp dried minced garlic1/8 tsp onion powder1 cup (dry) brown basmati rice
Prepare basmati rice as directed on the package.
Combine all ingredients, except rice, in sauce pan and simmer over low heat for at least 10 minutes.
Add rice to other ingredients and serve.
Makes approximately 16 (1/2 cup) servings.
