Chicken, Veg & Pasta Stir-fry

Ingredients
4 cups cooked pasta400g dices skinless, boneless chickenOlive Oil300g Mixed Veggies50ml Sweet & Sour SauceBalsamic VinegarSpices to taste
Directions
1. Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Add the chicken and cook for approx. 10 min.
3. Boil veggies in rapid boiling water for 5 min.
4. Add spices to chicken and drizzle with little more olive oil.
5. Drizzle over a little balsamic vinegar.
6. Add the pasta, stir thoroughly and add the veggies.
7. Add the sweet & sour sauce and stir through until heated.
