Crockpot Spanish Rice

2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper28 oz can of stewed tomatoes16 oz can of tomato sauce1 1/2 cup water1 tbsp chili powder(to taste)2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 cups raw rice, converted2 ribs celery, chopped
Brown beef in skillet and drain well. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-7 hours or on HIGH for about 3 hours.
Makes 13-1 cup servings
