Ingredients

    1 lb pork tenderloin
    2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut to bite size
    1 cup orange juice
    .5 cup onion
    1 tsp cumin
    1 clove garlic
    1 can tomato and green chilies (10 oz)
    1 can diced tomato 10 or 15 ounce
    dash of salt

Directions

cut pork into cubes. Same with potatoes. Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook in crock pot 8 to 10 hours on low.
