Ground Bison Rice Chili

Ingredients
2lbs of ground bison (shoulder)Diced Green Onion2 tbsp of chopped garlic1 can of Hunts Chili Tomato Sauce1 can of Black Beans1 small can of yellow corn4.5 cups of cooked brown rice.5 cup of diced red peppersonion powder to tastegarlic powder to tastecumin tastesalt and pepper to tastedash of cinnamon
Directions
Spray large skillet with olive oil spray. Sautee the green onions, garlic, red pepper. Add the beef and let cook until done. Add beans, tomato sauce, corn, and spices and let cook for 15 min.

While cooking, prepare the brown rice. When brown rice is done, mix in skillet and then portion into 10 servings.
