Slow Cooker Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce, 1/2 c.

Ingredients
1 T. Olive Oil1 c. onion, chopped2 c. mushrooms, quartered1/2 c. green pepper, chopped2 fresh tomatoes, peeled (optional - more if available)3 t. chopped garlic2 T. Mrs. Dash Italian Medley1 t. Worcestershire1 t. Splenda1/2 t. Black pepper2, 398 ml cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added1, 796 ml can Alymer Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
Directions
Add oil to pan. Add vegetables in order given straight off the cutting board. Saute until onions are translucent. Add garlic and Mrs. Dash Italian Medley, stir for a minute. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, worcestershire, oregano, pepper and Sucra. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring regularly.
