Easy Minestrone

Ingredients
4 cups frozen vegetables (good with California mix - broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)1 can diced tomato with herbs, undrained2 cans of chicken broth (10 oz each)1 can white kidney beans, rinsed1/2 lb chicken breast, cut to bit size pieces1 cup uncooked rotini (or other pasta)
Directions
Toss everything into a big pot and bring to a boil on high heat.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Done!

Makes 8 1&1/4 cup servings.
