454g Pork Mince500g Turkey Mince1 Onion, finely diced1 Apple, grated1 Tbs Brewer's yeast2 Tbs Flour (gluten free)1 egg (egg replacer)2 Tbs Soy Sauce2 tsp plum chutneyHandful of fresh sage, chopped finelyNutmegPepper3 Tbs Olive oil to fry
Directions
Prepare all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

Shape into 8 flat, wide, round patties.

Fry in olive oil for aboutu 10 mins per side.
