Very Veggie Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 TBSP ground ginger3 cloves garlic1 medium vidalia onion3 large celery stalksCarrots, raw, 3 medium *Rutabaga, 1 cup *Turnip, raw, 1 medium Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped *Ingredients - Diced Green Chili (2tbsp), 3 serving Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cupPacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth 8 cups*Bell Pepper, Red - 1 cup choppedChicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
Directions
Lightly saute ginger and garlic with chopped onion in large stock pot. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and simmer. When veggies are tender, add cabbage and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Serves 12.
