Light Deviled Sweet Eggs

Ingredients
4 Hard Boiled EggsLight Mayonnaise 2 TBSP1 TBSP sweet pickle relishmustard 1/4 tsp
Directions
Bring water to a rolling boil. Once water is at a rolling boil, carefully put in eggs. Boil for 17 minutes, pour out hot water, replace with cold water. Allow eggs to sit in cold water for 10 minutes.

Crack eggs, cut in half.

Mix mayo, relish & mustard and top each egg half.

Can garnish with a little bit of paprika if you 'd like!

    You need to adjust this recipe, the ingredients lists one egg for 4 servings it is so low in calories and cholesterol since it only counts 1/4 of the egg per serving - 3/28/11
