GF meatballs

Ingredients
Place 1 1/2 pounds ground round and 1/2 pound ground pork in a large, deep bowl. Add 1-2 Tbsp Italian spice blend, 2 Tbsp onion powder, salt and pepper to taste (start with 1 tsp each)._wash hands well_Mix spices into the meat very thoroughly.Add two cups oatmeal and four eggs. Mix into spiced meat until evenly distributed.
Directions
Form into tiny meatballs- 1 Tbsp of mixture each.
Spray pan with cooking spray. Fry meatballs till firm.
Place in baking dish with lid. Fill halfway with water.
bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until most of water is gone.
These freeze well.
