Ingredients
24 oz. Talapia1/2 C seasoned bread crumbs2 T Olive Oil1 T ground flaxseed
Directions
Mix Bread Crumbs ground flaxseed, and olive oil. Dry fish well and place in oven proof dish. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
