Ingredients

1 Egg1 C nonfat cottage cheese3/4 C Unsweetened Almond Milk.75 C all purpose flour1.5 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp stevia
Whisk eggs, cheese, sour cream and milk in bowl.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet.
Heat large non stick skillet over medium heat.
Brush skillet with butter or oil (fake won't work)
Spoon by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle.
Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Top with butter and strawberry preserves.
