Serving Size: 6 flat patties / 4 thick patties
1) Soak lentils overnight.
2)Put everything in a food processor, make a few pulses until lentils become ground but not completely to keep some of its texture.
3) in a pre-heated (medium) non stick skillet oil it with the cooking spray, put 2 tbsp, of the dough and flatten with the back of a spoon.
3) cook until borders brown then turn it and cook for a few minutes.
Try them more thick as a burger, or flat for a more crunchy version. I usually have this with leafy salad, sometimes I eat them with a drop yellow mustard on them.
