Southwest Rub

Ingredients
2 T. chili powder2 T. packed brown sugar1 T. ground cumin2 t. minced garlic2 t. cider vinegar1 t. Worcestershire sauce1/4 t. ground red pepper
Directions
**Combine all ingredients in small bowl. (Makes about 1/4 cup.)

**Press rub evenly onto tender beef steaks before grilling.

**Turn occasionally to avoid burning.

**Refrigerate any leftovers.
