Ingredients
*Compliments Extra lean ground Chicken ( per 100 g/ 1/2 cup), 453 gram(s) (1 LB)garlic - 1-2 cloves crushedWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Yellow Cornmeal, 1.33 cup Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper 1 *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 11 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1Tomato Sauce, 2 cup *Cheese (No Name Marble Cheddar Cheese), 2 c shredded 2 Raw White Onion choppedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
Directions
Heat garlic in 1 tbsp oil,. add meat, brown add onion and peppers, add corn, tomato sauce and chili powder let thicken on low for 15-20 min. Meanwhile heat 2 c of water to a boil, in a small bowl whisk remaining water and cornmeal, pour in a steady stream into boiling water, and heat to large bubbles (about 5 min) . Pour meat mixture into bottom of greased casserole dish, spread cornmeal mixture on top Bake at 350 for 25 min, sprinkle cheese over top - put back into the oven for 5 min until cheese melts.
