Oven-Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 Large Green Tomatoes2 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper1 Cup Fat Free Milk1 Cup Panko Italian Bread Crumbs1 Tbsp Cajun Spices (Mrs Dash Extra Spicy can be substituted)1 tsp Paprika1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup White Flour1 Tbsp Flax SeedsVegetable Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Put a wire rack over a parchment lined pan & spray with cooking spray. Cut tomatoes into 1/4" slices and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper. In one dish/pie plate, pour milk. In another, mix remaining ingrediants. Lightly spray each slice with cooking spray & place on rack. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
