5 small (ordinary) oraganic potatoes1 tbsp of olive oil1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder (or grated clove)Dash of red chilli pepperSalt and black pepper to taste.
Slice em real thin like real fries, then put the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix the potato slices up in them, slap onto a baking pan and cook for 30 minutes! wala :).
