PLACE SLICED SQUASH, BELL PEPPER AND ONION IN A LARGE FOIL PACKET. TOP WITH BRUMMEL AND BROWN SPREAD. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. SEAL EDGES OF FOIL AND PLACE FOIL PACKET ON HOT GRILL FOR 15 MINUTES AND THEN REDUCE HEAT TO LOW FOR LAST 15 MINUTES OF COOKING.
