Ingredients
Rice Chex Cereal (1 cup), 13 serving (1 box)JIF creamy peanut butter, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 24 tbsp (12 oz. bag)Vanilla Extract, 1 tspPowdered Sugar, 2.5 cup, unsifted
Melt chocolate chips for 2 minutes in microwave. Stir in peanut butter until smooth, then add vanilla. Pour cereal into large bowl or clean garbage bag and and toss until cereal is coated thoroughly with chocolate/peanut butter mixtuere. Add powdered sugar and toss again until coated.
** If you are using my bag method, be sure to hold the top of the bag so the ingredients don't spill out while you are tossing them!
