Ingredients: 1 bunch broccoli broken into small florets (about 3 cups); 1 bunch cauliflower broken into small florets (about 3 cups); 1/2 red onion chopped; 10 bacon slices cooked and crumbled; 1 cup raisins; 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds; 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise; 1/4 to 1/2 cup splenda; 1 to 2 tablespoons basalmic vinegar

Ingredients

Directions

1. Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onions, bacon, raisins and sunflower seeds in a large bowl, mix gently.
2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl. Refrigerate salad and dressing separately until serving time.
3. To serve, pour dressing over broccoli mixture, toss to mix. Serves 12 to 16.

Thank-you! I used real bacon bits, 4T. I also left out the raisins. 1/2 C mayo with 1 T vinegar and 2 packets of Splenda worked great for me. I am loving this salad!!! - 2/7/12
