Ingredients
BROCCOLI SALAD2 c. broccoli1-2 med. tomatoes, cubed1 red bell pepper, cubed1 onion, minced1 rib celery, slicedDressing1 med tomato1/3 c. sunflower seeds1 clove garlic2 T. onion, minced2 T. balsamic vinegar
Directions
Chop and mix together. Mix dressing in blender till smooth.Stir dressing into vegetables.* 2 cups cooked and cooled Quinoa can be added.
