Slow Cooker Apple Brown Betty

Ingredients
6 Cups Favorite Cooking Apples, peeled, cored, cut into 8ths1 Cup Bread Crumbs3/4 Cup Brown Sugar1 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tsp Nutmeg8 Tbsp (1 stick) butter or margarine
Directions
Spray your Slow cooker (large or medium size cooker works best) with non-stick spray. Place apples at the bottom. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, brown sugar, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg together. Pour evenly over the apples. Melt butter completely, and pour over the mixture. Set the Slow Cooker to High for 2 hours, or on Low for 4 hours.

Serving size: 1/2 cup. Serve with Vanilla frozen yogurt if you like!
