Very Simple Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
11/2 c flour1/2 c sugar1 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder3/4 c milk (soy, almond, rice,skim)1/4 c canola oil1 c blueberries or your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F-Spray muffin pan or use liners.
Combine first 4 ingredients add milk of your choice and oil then mix making sure not to over beat.
Fold in berries.
Pour into cups about 3/4 filled and bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown on top.
Yields 11 small muffins
