Turkey Stroganoff

1 pound lean ground turkey2/3 cup onions14 oz canned mushrooms2 cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup skim milk1 dash black pepper8 oz light sour cream
Brown ground turkey and chopped onion. Drain. Add mushrooms, undiluted soup, milk and pepper. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. serve over egg noodles or rice.
